About
The Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology takes a holistic approach to the understanding of our species, focusing on the human organism. How has our biology been altered by evolutionary history? What are the biological effects of contemporary natural and social environments? Students explore diverse aspects of humanity while gaining a solid knowledge of our biological foundations. With this degree, you investigate human biology with a broad interdisciplinary lens.
Students focus their coursework in areas of concentration most suited to their interests. The B.A. degree allows for breadth and flexibility in the curriculum and the possibility for double majoring.
