Bachelor of Science in Applied Health Science


Nutrition science is the study of nutrition processes, including the examination of food components as they relate to health and disease. Students complete core courses in nutrition science, as well as in one of several specialty tracks including pre-medicine, pre-dentistry, or broad scientific exploration. Through laboratory and other immersive experiences, graduates have a thorough understanding of advanced biology and the roles that nutrients play in the body.
