This is an online program.
The online Ed.S in Educational Leadership prepares you to move up into leadership roles in your educational organization. Whether your goal is principal or district superintendent, department head or library director, you will build on your classroom experience with coursework that gives you the tools to promote the success and well-being of students at a higher level.
As this program is shared between multiple campuses, you'll benefit from the expertise of the entire Indiana University teaching community.
Among other learning goals, this program enables you to:
- Collaboratively lead, design, and implement a district mission, vision, and process.
- Implement coherent systems of curriculum, instruction, data systems, supports, assessment, and instructional leadership.
- Engage families, communities, and others in the work of schools and the district, and advocate for district, student, and community needs.
