Course designed to provide participants an opportunity to: 1) increase their self-awareness, 2) develop deeper understanding and appreciation of complexity of managing relationships in culturally diverse work environment, 3) learn from other's personal experiences and world views, and 4) practice behavior skills to help them develop more effective work relationships.
