Emphasizes the application of discounted cash flow analysis in typical capital budgeting situations. Capital budgeting issues such as inflation effects, divisional projects, uncertainty resolution, capital rationing, and international projects are examined. The special case of project financing is also studies in both domestic and international settings. The course employs various computer models to aid the analysis of projects under alternative economic scenarios.
