This course is to provide an analytic framework for corporate financial decision making in an international context. This course covers the financial challenges and their solutions faced by a globally operating company. Drawing on global risk management and funding techniques it extends corporate finance beyond its domestic dimension. Topics include: currency risk management and management, global financing, modes of foreign investment, international portfolio selection.
