BUS-S 600: FOUNDATIONS IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS RESEARCH (1.5 - 3 credits)

About

The goal of this course is to begin your transformation from student to scholar. While this cannot be accomplished in one course, we can begin to lay the foundations. The course has three specific objectives: to introduce key research themes and issues in Information Systems (see Goal 1 in the Appendix) to augment your understanding of the basic process of doing research in IS by building on what you've learned in other courses (see Goal 2 in the Appendix) to begin the socialization process to life as an academic (see Goals 3 and 4 in the Appendix)
