For those individuals interested in creating a new business venture, acquiring an existing business, working in industries (e.g. banking) that serve the entrepreneur, or students who simply wish to familiarize themselves with the concepts, issues and techniques of new venture creation and entrepreneurship. Because the sources of entrepreneurial motivations are quite diverse, the learning goals and objectives of the students in this course are often quite diverse. Course is designed to offer a broad range of educational experiences, from case analysis to the creation of a business plan, to a presentation and negotiation of financial deal based upon the business plan.
