In Advanced Uyghur I students will give oral, reading, and writing presentations, participate in class discussions, and practice translation. Excerpts from novels, movies, newspapers, etc., will develop knowledge of Uyghur culture. Students will need a strong drive to contribute to the whole class as well as individual meetings.
