It is imperative that school psychologists learn how to identify and utilize a range of collaboration and consultation models, knowledge and skills in understanding parent, teacher, and student needs, and effective interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution skills. Students will learn different theories and how to build rapport to problem-solve.
