Honors seminar focused on the intellectual heritage of the West. Acquaints students with great works from different historical periods, cultural settings and disciplines. Selected works by writers such as Homer, Plato, Virgil, Augustine, Dante, Boccaccio, Machiavelli, Descartes, Voltaire, and Galileo will be read.
