LAW-B 506: CLIMATE LAW & POLICY (2 - 4 credits)


This course examines the wide array of legal and policy issues relating to climate change. Students will learn about the science of climate change, the socio-economic consequences of rising global mean temperatures (along with uncertainties and other issues in climate models), climate change laws and policies at international national, state, and even municipal levels of government, and climate change litigation.
