Public Programs - Theory and Evidence will examine theoretical and empirical research related to large public expenditure programs in the US and similar programs in other countries. Specific topics may include: Poverty (TANF, SNAP, EITC), Social Insurance (Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, Workers Compensations Insurance), Health Care (Medicare, Medicaid), and Education.
