This course provides an integrated understanding of science, law, management and policy, preparing students to formulate and initiate policy and manage natural resource programs. Topics covered include program analysis, legal authorities; organizational structure; decision making; and diffusion of innovations. Skills include program implementation and communication with diverse audiences.
