An overview of behavioral theories, trauma-informed practices, and social-emotional learning (SEL). Definitions, classifications, characteristics, diagnostic and treatment and intervention options are discussed. The course includes an overview of classroom management for effective classroom instruction, prevention efforts, and intervention for emotional and behavioral challenges.
