This course reviews software for organizing, managing, retrieving, and presenting documents and evidence in a legal matter. Students learn what is effective and allowable from a technical, legal, and ethical standpoint. The course covers court rules and procedures on how much visual evidence can be used and the extent to which this evidence can be altered or enhanced in the trial process.
