The laboratory companion to BIOL-K372 offers students a hands-on approach to understanding the basics of avian ecology and conservation. The ecology portion will cover avian foraging strategies, mating behaviors, migration/dispersal, and bird populations/communities. The conservation portion will consist of a small final project on a specific aspect of avian conservation.
