Competing self-managed teams analyze a sponsoring organization's problem/opportunity and prepare a business plan/solution. A panel of industry and academic judges select a "best plan/solution." Develops team collaboration skills. Experience complex team dynamics, apply team collaboration tools, and create a personal team skill plan.
