CHEM-I 635: PROTEIN STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION (3 credits)

About

A sophisticated description of connections between protein function, structure, and structural dynamics will be presented. Physical forces and macromolecular interactions important to protein structure, dynamics, and function will be examined. Methods for structural determination and prediction will be considered. Enzyme kinetics and chemical mechanisms of enzyme-catalyzed reactions will be introduced.
