COMM-C 535: ADVANCED SCIENCE AND RESEARCH COMMUNICATION (3 credits)

About

Students will explore the social construction of expertise and discuss how rhetorical and narrative theory informs communication. Via community-based projects, students will collate, synthesize, and translate scientific evidence into information that non-expert audiences (such as policy makers, granting organizations, and the lay public) can access, understand, and act on.
