GRDM-G 756: RADIATION AND CANCER BIOLOGY (3 credits)

This is a graduate level course covering the effects of ionizing radiation at the cellular/molecular, tissue, and organismal level relevant to radiation oncology, radiology, and radiation protection. Topics include acute and late effects in normal tissue, and tumors, apoptosis, cell cycle checkpoints, DNA repair, tumor kinetics heritable effects, and carcinogenesis.
