This course provides an introductory overview of the theoretical models of creativity and highlights a set of methods for creative thinking and ideation. Throughout this course, students will examine their perceptions of personal creativity, establish their own creative problem solving process, and identify opportunities for increasing creative confidence in their daily work and life. By utilizing theoretical models and creative thinking tools, students will also explore co-creative thinking and ideation processes, and develop opportunities for fostering creative confidence in their organizational setting.
