Through an organizational sponsor and faculty mentorship, this practicum synthesizes previous coursework and demonstrates competencies in moving an evidence-based intervention into a health care organization and evaluating initial program outcomes. It is based on the intervention design, organizational assessment, and change management plan identified in the prerequisite course. You will be required to attend an in-person residency once per month (Saturday & Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm EST).
