INFO-B 446: COMPUTATIONAL SYSTEMS BIOLOGY (3 credits)

About

This course examines how omics data are generated, managed, and analyzed in large-scale systems. It also explores computational resources, especially for the integrative mining and computational analysis of biological pathways and for representing and modeling multiscale biological networks, relating static and dynamic properties to the understanding phenotypic functions at the molecular systems level.
