KINE-P 204: MOTOR DEVELOPMENT (3 credits)

About

The purpose of this course is to provide students the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge related to motor development. Through lecture, discussion, readings, and laboratory activities, students will be exposed to information regarding physical growth, maturation, and aging; motor skill acquisition from infancy through adulthood; perceptual-motor development; physiological changes and exercise over the lifespan; and socio-cultural influences on motor development.
