About

This three (3) hour course focuses on progressive resistance exercise and its application in physical conditioning for the competitive athlete, the fitness enthusiast, and various special populations. Topics covered will include basic muscle physiology, kinesiology, musculoskeletal adaptation to resistance exercise, modes of training, muscle-specific exercises, and exercise technique. Human anatomy or equivalent recommended.
