Course focuses on the provision of physical activity programs for individuals with special needs in community settings. Topics include laws relating to service delivery, conditions which may lead to impairment of ability to participate in physical activity, facility and equipment accessibility, activity modifications, contraindications to activity, and organized disabled sport.
