A survey of the law relating to collective bargaining, including court enforcement of collective bargaining agreements under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act and enforcement of agreements through private arbitration covering arbitration procedure and contract interpretation questions including, as examples, seniority and vacation problems and the effect of past practice on contract interpretations.
