This course examines the law applicable to members of the armed forces, including the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Additional topics may include such matters as free speech rights of military personnel, military policies regarding sexual orientation of service members, religious expression in the military, service member reemployment rights, and the service member Civil Relief Act.
