Course serves as introduction to concepts/functions of software/hardware technologies common to contemporary music composition, performance, and audio engineering. Areas covered include analog/digital signal flow, basics of digital audio workstation software, elements of a studio listening environment, utilizing audio files/MIDI data, and analog/digital hardware for sound and data input/output.
