This course prepares graduate students to cultivate Interprofessional collaboration in patient-centered practice environments. Students will examine theoretical foundations, evidence, and competencies essential for effective interprofessional teams. Interprofessional attitude, behaviors, knowledge, and skills to enhance patient and population health outcomes will be applied to patient-centered environments.
