This capstone course provides students the opportunity to integrate the theory and the practical experiences from the previous semesters. Students will create a professional portfolio and complete a practicum exam. Students will investigate a technique or current issue involving a histotechnology case study and apply the knowledge and skills developed in courses and practicum to troubleshoot a solution. This course is the culmination of the programs courses and the portfolio and practicum will be considered the official comprehensive examination.
