Industrial/Organizational (I/O) psychology is the study of behaviors, thoughts, and feelings of people as they adjust to their workplace, and the use of that information to maximize the economic and psychological well-being of employees and their organizations. This course concentrates heavily on I/O science and practice for human resource activities.
