This is a graduate seminar that examines women's (and by comparison, men's) experiences in the workplace, with a focus on intersectionality. Topics will span the psychological and related social science literature on gender issues in career interests, occupational decisions, work experiences, advancement, discrimination, and organizational interventions to address these issues.
