This course equips students with both theoretical and practical knowledge in clinical social work with children and youth who have experienced adverse childhood experiences. The curriculum focuses on accurate strength-based diagnostic assessment and intervention, grounded in anti-oppressive, evidence-based, neuroscientific, and trauma-responsive practice theories and skills.
