This course explores theories, principles, terms, procedures, and techniques related to the biopsychosocial dynamics that contribute to and maintain addictive behaviors. Because the focus is on biopsychosocial dynamics, emphasis is on the individual. The course will include discussions on assessment, recovery, and relapse.
