This course introduces students affiliated with the Jaguar Leadership Network (JLN) to foundational concepts related to leadership development. Students will identify their own leadership strengths, discuss and evaluate leadership theories and models, and describe and apply essential elements of leadership effectiveness, such as listening and developing empathy and trust.
