In the digital age of marketing, social networks and mobile applications have revolutionized how firms and consumers interact along the customer journey. This course provides a comprehensive survey of digital marketing approaches used by firms to achieve overall marketing goals. Students will get hands on experience with social and digital marketing tools. Through a combination of lecture, case studies, and course projects students will learn to create and evaluate digital marketing strategies.
