About
The aim of this course is to explain the molecular basis of the control of gene expression and to provide comprehensive picture of the recent field of genomic science. Topics will include an advanced investigation of regulation of gene expression at RNA and protein level; functional and comparative genomics; and molecular biotechnology techniques. Computer exercises will involve learning genome annotation, sequence alignment and analysis using bioinformatics tools.
