Students will develop strategies for learning and retaining college level mathematical concepts and procedures. Techniques for overcoming math anxiety and test anxiety will also be learned. Appropriate mathematical content will be taught to provide the students the opportunity to practice their new learning strategies and test-taking techniques. Upon completion of this course students will be well equipped for success in their first college credit mathematics course.
