Laboratory instruction in the fundamental molecular biochemistry techniques, including nucleic acid purification (plasmid genomic DNA), PCR, Gibson Cloning, Restriction Enzymes, and Site-Directed Mutagenesis, and CRISPR. Primary literature study will illustrate standard techniques.
