This course is an overview of population health practices addressing the prioritized healthcare needs of populations, emphasizing vulnerable populations and social determinants of health, focusing on improving access and quality of care. An introduction to population health, clinical prevention/health promotions, current clinical practices, and health systems/policy will also be explored.
