Field education provides the opportunity to demonstrate competency in practice, integrating knowledge, values, and skills gained in the BSW curriculum. Social Work Practicum I allows the student to develop and demonstrate beginning practice competency. Students complete 240 hours in the agency and receive weekly supervision from a field instructor.
