Students will learn and apply evidence-based instructional strategies specific to vocabulary, text structure, sentence structure, and comprehension. They will apply knowledge of practices with an emphasis on systematic and explicit instruction for teaching foundational reading and writing skills. Students will apply foundational and content writing instructional practices.
