This course will focus on the theory, practice, and management of performance and quality improvement processes in healthcare organizations. Students will receive a basic overview in performance improvement philosophy and methodology for healthcare. Students will also receive practice in applying graphic and analytical tools used in performance and quality improvement as it relates to healthcare.
