MATH-A 105: FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS FOR FINITE MATHEMATICS (2 - 3 credits)

This course examines the prerequisite knowledge and fundamental mathematics skills to improve success in MATH-M 118. Topics include basic graphing of points, lines, and inequalities; creating and solving models of real-world problems using systems of linear equations/inequalities; calculator tutorials; beginning set theory; basic probability; and simple statistical measures.
