The Language Education program prepares educators to enhance instruction through a deep understanding of language, literacy, and culture.
This program offers two distinct tracks: English as a New Language (ENL) and Literacy:
- ENL track (licensure option): Designed for licensed Indiana teachers seeking a licensure addition in ENL. Includes 21 credits of ENL coursework and a required school-site practicum.
- Literacy track (non-licensure option): Ideal for classroom teachers or informal educators aiming to advance their literacy instruction skills.
