About
A Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience is meant for you if you're interested in neuroscience, pursuing graduate school, applying to medical school, or obtaining a research-related position in biotechnology, the life sciences, or the pharmaceutical industry.
This program includes courses in psychology, biology, chemistry, computer science, and other disciplines to teach you how to think critically about scientific information, discuss and write about neuroscience topics, and design and conduct experiments.
A degree in neuroscience can lead to positions as a laboratory or medical technician, science writer, medical or health services manager, sales and marketing professional, and more.
IU Northwest's Department of Psychology also offers degrees in psychology for both pre-med and non-pre-med students.
