This degree can help prepare you for a career as an actuary for an insurance company, looking at past data to help companies price insurance contracts. You can also work in accounting, business, consulting, analysis, and more.
You will study the key concepts of insurance, risk management, and interest theory; solve conceptual and computational problems; learn to price-risk to determine premiums and analyze data; and more to help prepare you for actuarial exams.
