About
This is a Transfer Single Articulation Pathways (TSAP) program. It allows students to fully transfer certain associate degrees to finish their companion degree program on time within two years of full-time study.
The Bachelor of Science in Business degree program with a concentration in business administration is designed to provide you with the most complete and sophisticated training available in team leadership, team management, and communication skills.
The curriculum provides you with a thorough understanding of organizational processes and process management by placing a greater emphasis on the development of sophisticated communication skills that are critical to effective management. Here, you'll become accustomed to working in team- and project-oriented environments while focusing on group dynamics, motivation, and problem-solving.
Upon graduation, you can use this degree to start a career in just about any industry, including healthcare, financial services, marketing, banking, human resources, and more.
This can also be the first step in getting your law degree or Master's in Business Administration (MBA), an award-winning program available at IU Northwest.
You can supplement your degree with a minor in marketing or human resources/management.
